Winter Storm Warning issued November 22 at 11:08AM PST until November 26 at 4:00PM PST by NWS Sacramento CA

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected for elevations above 5500 feet. Total snow accumulations of 1 to 4 feet and up to 5 feet along higher peaks. * WHERE...West Slope Northern Sierra Nevada and Western Plumas County/Lassen Park Counties. * WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 4 PM PST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Snow-covered roads, chain controls and travel delays are likely which will result in very difficult travel at times above 5500 feet. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow levels this afternoon will be high from 6000-7000 feet, then quickly lowering to around 5000 feet Saturday morning.
