Hello San Joaquin Valley;
We need to talk. I need some help. Those of you with titles have
responsibilities. Not much, but if they are not performed, I am tasked
with extra work and I am unable to perform those things that enhance the
ham radio hobby. ECs, I need your simple monthly report to your DECs.
They consist of your public service hours and volunteers. DECs, your
reports need to go to the SEC and aSEC. These are then submitted to
Steve Ewald, WV1X, and I. It is a 5-minute report if the info is
collected during the month.

Beside that, it is antenna playtime, repair, construction and design.
There are a lot of opportunities for contacts during QSO parties and
hopefully increased propagation. Given warmer weather, it should be
more comfortable conditions for DIY and rig repair. I’m looking
forward to a great year! Hang in there and enjoy 2017 on the radio.

Remember to support “The Amateur Radio Parity Act”. Go to the link
on the ARRL website http://www.arrl.org/amateur-radio-parity-act. We
have to continue the support for this legislation.

For us in California, go to the link below to leave your opinion
regarding the new “Hands Free” law.
